Professional Counseling and Psychotherapy Treatment
Individual Therapy - counseling on a one-to-one basis. Counselor and client meet weekly/bi-weekly together to address areas of need and work on improving mental health.
Family Therapy - counseling the family as a whole system. Counselor and clients meet together and work on the family issues. Some individual sessions may occur in the process, but the overarching goal is to improve the functioning of the whole family system.
Couples Counseling - Counselor meets with the couple to address relationship issues and improve functioning to a healthy level.
Group Therapy - counseling in a group format. Sessions may focus on areas of concern that are often shared by others (ie. grief, trauma, parenting, anger management, stress management). Counselor meets with group members (approx. 5-15 people) on a weekly basis for a set amount of session (10-12).
Spiritually-Integrated Counseling - Exploration of issues through the Christian worldview. Counselor and client seek God's guidance through biblical text, prayer, and meditation.
Anger Management - using an approved SAMHSA curriculum, participants learn about managing anger and developing healthy coping skills. This 12 week course includes a certificate once completed.
